About Me

I’m not here to tell you what to do. I’m here to help you figure it out.

I’m Kristina Prescott, founder of Casco Bay Solutions.

I work with small and mid-sized business owners who know something needs to change but aren’t sure what it is, what they need, or where to start. I help them get clear, get aligned, and move forward with confidence.

I start by listening.

Before I look at a single system or vendor contract, I want to understand how your business actually runs. How decisions get made. Where things slow down. Where your team is strong and where they’re stretched.

I ask the questions that usually haven’t been asked yet because the answers are almost always where the real picture starts to emerge.

Most of the time, the problem isn’t one big thing. It’s a series of small misalignments that have built up over time. My job is to help you see that clearly and work through it in a way that actually fits your business and the people inside it.

I’ve been in the room.

My background spans financial services, managed services, MSP leadership, cloud solutions, cybersecurity strategy, channel and partner ecosystems, and executive advisory.

I’ve sat at the executive table. Negotiated vendor contracts that mattered. Led organizations through growth, change, and restructuring. Coached teams through high-pressure moments where the work had to get done, no matter what.

That experience shows up directly in how I work because I’ve navigated the same kinds of decisions, the same complexity, and the same moments where clarity was the most valuable thing in the room.

You’re not broken. You’re just in it.

The leaders I work with are capable and committed. But they’ve reached a point where the business has outgrown the way they’ve been running it, and there’s no one on the inside who owns the space where all the pieces need to come together.

That’s where I step in. I meet people where they are, translate complexity into clear next steps, and stay engaged until things are actually moving.

The throughline.

As Executive Director of The Queen Bee Network, I lead a community of professional women built on real connection and real conversations, which keeps me consistently close to the challenges business owners are navigating every day.

I coach field hockey. I serve on the Board of the Portland Public Library. I show up fully for the work in all of its forms.

The throughline has always been the same: connecting people, building trust, and helping others move forward with clarity and confidence.

Want to talk it through?

You don’t need to have it figured out before you reach out.

That’s kind of the point.
